Our Founder
Ten years as an industrial and logistics broker across the Australian, New Zealand, and Middle East markets gives you a particular vantage point, one that sits directly between institutional capital and the operators who own the assets they want to acquire.
During that time, I built and led teams, transacted over $400 million in industrial real estate, and worked alongside some of the largest funds in each region. I understood their mandates, their IRR requirements, and the pressure they faced to deploy capital into quality assets at the right basis.
What I also understood was where the system was failing them.
The best opportunities , the operators quietly considering monetisation, the owner-occupiers open to a conversation but not yet ready to engage an intermediary, were never reaching the funds best positioned to act on them. By the time an opportunity was visible, it was already competitive. The alpha had already been diluted.
Arvean was built to close that gap. Not as a brokerage, and not as another advisory layer, but as a dedicated origination engine that manufactures access before any formal process begins.
