1. Agreement

By accessing arvean.io or purchasing a report, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Arvean provides AI-powered office cost intelligence reports. Each report includes office space analysis, AI role-by-role assessment, what-if scenarios, and a downloadable PDF. Reports are generated using a combination of user-provided data, publicly available benchmarks, and AI analysis.

3. Pricing and payment

• Each report costs $37 USD as a one-time payment
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe
• Your report is delivered instantly after payment
• There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees

4. Refund policy

Due to the instant delivery of digital reports, refunds are generally not available. If you experience a technical issue that prevents report delivery, contact hello@arvean.io within 7 days and we will resolve the issue or issue a full refund.

5. Report accuracy and disclaimer

Arvean reports are estimates for planning purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or real estate advice. Key points:

• Space calculations use industry benchmarks (CBRE, JLL) and may vary from actual requirements
• AI role analysis reflects current research and tool pricing, which change over time
• Salary estimates are based on publicly available market data for your region
• Actual savings depend on implementation quality, market conditions, and organisational factors

We recommend validating report findings with a qualified commercial real estate broker and/or HR consultant before taking action.

6. Intellectual property

The Arvean name, logo, report format, and methodology are proprietary. You may share your purchased report internally within your organisation. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish Arvean reports without written permission.

7. User data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide (employee counts, office size, lease costs). Arvean is not liable for report inaccuracies resulting from incorrect input data. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arvean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on report findings. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report ($37).

9. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party services (Stripe, AI providers, email delivery) may experience downtime outside our control.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
